Do you offer flights or transfers?

Stayforlong is a hotel reservation website. For the moment we are only specialised in accommodation, but it might change
in the future.

What is the difference between NOR and NRF bookings?

The Non-refundable bookings are our cheapest options.
NRF means the reservation cannot be modified or
cancelled after the payment, according to our booking
conditions.

However, If your reservation is NOR you can cancel it without any cost whenever you like before the Payment Date, because it’s a risk-free booking. Once your payment is done, it works as a NRF, so it’s not possible to cancel the reservation without costs. Please, contact us as soon as possible if this happens so we can try to reduce these costs.

How do I pay? (payment methods)

Nowadays, you can pay the booking with your credit card. However, if you wish to transfer the money, we can offer you to give us a call, in order to make a booking for you. Please keep in mind that transfers are only possible for NOR bookings.

Can I make a booking for a group?

For group bookings, please send a request via mail, and we will try our best.

What is the difference between the boards?

Room only = you booked a room without any meals.
Bed and Breakfast = you booked a room with breakfast
included.
Half board = you booked a room with breakfast and
lunch/dinner included.
Full Board = you booked a room with breakfast, lunch
and dinner included. (Drinks are not always included)
All Inclusive = you booked a room with breakfast, lunch,
dinner and some drinks included.

What is the cancellation policy of Stayforlong?

If you want to cancel a NRF booking, please, contact us
as soon as possible and we will try our best. However,
keep in mind that we cannot guarantee any refund.”

Does Stayforlong provide safety certificates?

Stayforlong does not provide safety certificates. However, after paying your booking, you will receive a confirmation and your booking is verified.

Do I have to pay any taxes and/or resort fees on spot?

Stayforlong will endeavour to advise you of any additional
fees to be paid. However, this will depend on the country
and hotel. We will request this information for you and
inform you.

Who is Stayforlong?

Stayforlong is the leading travel agency in offering longer
stays. We’re a team of young people and we want to offer
our customers the best prices for long stay holidays.

How can I contact Stayforlong?

You can contact Stayforlong by telephone, email, social

Can I add children to the booking without extra costs?

Many offered hotels allow children up to a certain age to
stay for free. If you want to add a child, we need the child’s
age to check if there are any extra costs. Please be advised that
the hotel will make the final decision.

How can I make a booking for someone else?

You can make a booking for someone else. You just need
to complete your details as the booker and then
complete the guest details. This can be found on the
“Your details” page at the time of booking.

Where do I find the contact details of the hotel?

You can contact us, in order to receive the contact details
of the hotel. In addition, we are happy to forward any of
your concerns to the hotel.

Can I pay over the phone?

For security reasons, Stayforlong does not offer the facility
to make payments over the phone. If you need to update
your card details, this can be done by visiting the
“Manage my booking” on our website.

How can I access my Booking?

You can access your personal account from any device. You will need to register with the same email address which used at the time of booking and create a password.

Should I bring any document at the check-in?

Once your payment status is completed and your
reservation confirmed, you only have to show your voucher at the Reception beside your ID Card or Passport. You will be able to find your voucher anytime in your personal account.

Names of guests?

If you need to change any booking holder’s name, contact
us as soon as possible. For a NRF rate, we cannot
guarantee the change, but we will do our best.

Do I have to pay anything on arrival?

Depending on your destination, City Tax should be paid
directly at the hotel when you check in/out. This amount changes from one place to another and depends on the city, so we
suggest you to read your booking details in
order to find out if this tax is included or not in your
reservation. Check the part ´booking Condition´.

Credit Card needed (?)

You will need a credit or debit card in order to pay your
reservation on the Payment Date. Some hotels might ask
for a credit card as a guarantee during the check in, but
it doesn’t matter if you bring a different one.

How and when can I get my invoice

You can only request an invoice after you have
completed your stay by sending an email to the email
address provided on your booking confirmation. You will
need to specify whether the invoice is for Business or
Personal.

Was the booking successful?

Once you confirm your reservation, you will receive a
confirmation email with your voucher and your booking
number. If you do not receive this email, please, check
your spam folder before contacting us.

Can I make a amendment/cancel?

A NRF reservation cannot be modified or cancelled after
the payment, according to our booking conditions.


If your reservation is NOR you could cancel it without
any cost whenever you like before the Payment Date.
Once your payment is done, it works as a NRF, so it’s not
possible to cancel the reservation without costs.
Please, contact us as soon as possible to receive support.


Please, note that every change request must be checked
by our Reservation Center and you will get an answer
within 48-72h straight to your email.

Booking error

If you make a booking and receive a message ́booking
error´this is because the hotel could not confirm the
availability. You will receive a message explaining this
and we ask that you please wait 24 hours for us to
confirm the booking with the hotel. Please do not try to
re-book as this will only create more ´booking errors´.
If the booking can not be confirmed we will inform you.

How long does the refund process take?

The refund can take maximum of 3-5 working days after
being processed. Stayforlong will notify you once we have
processed your refund.

Where I can find my Voucher?

You will find your voucher either in your personal account
on our website or checking your email address, once your
booking is done. Please, check your junk-mail folder.
Sometimes our emails arrive to different folders. If you
cannot find it, feel free to contact us.

I’m on my trip
We are unable to Check-in

Please contact the emergency number and email
provided on your voucher and we will solve the matter
as quickly as possible. Alternatively please see our
contact us page.

I got a different room to what i booked?

We advise you to speak to the Hotel reception desk
before escalating the matter to us. If the matter cannot
be resolved then contact our customer service on the
number or email provided on your voucher.

Pets (FR)

Most hotels will allow Pets subject for an additional fee. You will need to inform us the name of the Hotel, the type of pet and quantity and we will verify this information with the hotel.

How do I contact you / representative at hotel?

You can contact Stayforlong by telephone, email, social media and whatsapp. Please see our contact us (hyperlink).
Stayforlong does not have a representative at the Hotel. Should you have any problems during your stay our emergency line is open 24 hrs.

How could I get an upgrade?

The Hotel may be able to upgrade your room for an additional fee during your stay. If the hotel advises you need to do the upgrade with your travel agency then you will need to contact us.

Expectation about hotel not met (need proof)

If for any reason you were not happy with your stay, you can inform us to resolve this matter. We will need photographic proof of any problems with the hotel so we can escalate this to the Hotel Manager. We also advise you raise your concerns to the Hotel Staff if you ́re not happy with the state of your room or any facilities offered at the Hotel.

I have completed my trip
How do i request an Invoice?

You can only request an invoice after you have completed your stay by sending an email to the email address provided on your booking confirmation. You will need to specify whether the invoice is for Business or Personal.

How do I give feedback to SFL?

We appreciate all feedback as this helps us improve our services to all of our customers. You can leave us feedback on our Trustpilot (Hyperlink).

How do I give feedback to the hotel?

We appreciate all feedback regarding your stay as it will help us improve the hotels we offer. You can email us feedback about the hotel at info@stayforlong.com

How long does the refund process take?

The refund can take maximum of 3-5 working days after being processed. Stayforlong will notify you once we have processed your refund.

Stolen/ Left items at the hotel?

Please send an email with the information regarding the name of Hotel, room number, date of stay, items that have been left or stolen and also if you have reported this, so we can contact the property.

Amendments + Payment issues
Booking Error

If you make a booking and receive a message ́booking error´this is because the hotel has not been able to confirm the availability. You will receive a message explaining this and we ask that you please wait 24 hours for us to confirm the booking with the hotel. Please do not try to re-book as this will only create more ´booking errors´. If the booking can not be confirmed we will inform you.

Do you price match

We do not price match. All the prices on the Stayforlong website are already at a discounted rate. You will see the percentage the rate as been discounted by near the price of the booking.

How to change card details?

You can change your card details by logging on to our website and accessing ´manage my booking´. From here you will be able to change your card details.

Can I pay on the phone?

For security reasons, Stayforlong does not offer the facility to make payments over the phone. If you need to update your card details, this can be done by visiting the “Manage my booking” on our website.

How do I change contact details?

If you need to change your contact details, please contact us directly by email or telephone and we update your details.

Is your website secure?

Yes, our website is secured using an SSL Certificate (the s stands for secure). SSL Certificates secure all of your data as it is passed from your browser to the website’s server.

How do I login to manage my booking?

You can access your account by selecting silhouette icon of a person on the top right corner of the page, and then you will be able to manage your booking.
