This section includes information on the conditions of access and use of this website that must be known by the user. General information about, for the purposes provided in Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.

General conditions

Those present Terms of use and contract conditions regulate the use and access to the website, ownership held by Stayforlong, S.L., SL (hereinafter, Stayforlong) for registered or unregistered users (hereinafter, User or Users) on the Stayforlong platform (hereinafter, the Platform), as well as the contract conditions of purchase between STARYFORLONG and the User during the contracting of services offered by Stayforlong via the Platform.

Access to Platform entails acknowledgment and acceptance of these Conditions:

Access and Registration

To be a User of the Platform, it is essential for the following requirements to be met:

  • Accurately fill in the compulsory fields on the registration form, which request personal data.
  • To be aged 18 or over

The User guarantees that all data regarding their identity and legitimacy provided to Stayforlong in the registration forms on the Platform is true, accurate and complete. The user also commits to keeping their data updated. In the event that the User provides false, inaccurate or incomplete information, or if Stayforlong considers there are well-founded reasons for doubting the veracity, accuracy and completeness thereof; Stayforlong may deny access to present or future use of the Platform, or to any of its contents and/or services, as well as cancelling any reservations and/or services without prior notice.

When registering on the Platform, the User will select an access password or they can log-in using one of the third party platforms, (e.g Facebook, Google ID) used by Stayforlong for registration. In this case, the User consent to synchronisation of their personal data between the account on the third-party gateway and the one on the Stayforlong Platform. The password is strictly confidential, personal and non-transferable. The User agrees to not disclose any data related to their account or make it accessible to third parties. The User is solely responsible for use of said data by third parties, including any statements made on the Platform, or any other action carried out using the username and/or password.

In case the user is not registered on the platform (reservation without registration) they are still considered a user, with the same rights and obligations set forth in the terms of use and conditions of contract.

Stayforlong cannot guarantee the identity of Users. Therefore, they are not liable for the identity of a User registered by unregistered third parties. The User is obliged to immediately inform Stayforlong in case of theft, disclosure or loss of their username or password, by communicating it to


Once registration is complete, all Users can access their profile and complete it and/or edit it as they see fit. You can edit data such as the email used for the initial registration and password. Likewise, you can also complete information such as your name and surname, and set an image that represents your Avatar.

Termination of User

The User may unsubscribe from the Platform by sending an email to the address: You can also unsubscribe using the “settings” section on your profile, where the “delete account” option is provided.

The User’s Obligations.

The User is responsible for holding the services and equipment required for browsing the Internet and accessing the Platform. In case of any incident or difficulty to access the Platform, the User can notify Stayforlong using the email Stayforlong will proceed to analyze the incident and inform the User about how to resolve the issue in the shortest possible time.

The User is fully responsible for accessing and correctly using their profile, along with any other content on the Platform, subject to current legislation, whether national or international, as well as the principles of good faith, ethics, good practices and public security. More specifically, a commitment to diligently observe these General Terms of Use.

The Users shall refrain from using their profile and any other Platform contents for illicit ends or actions that are harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable, affect or deteriorate the Platform, its contents and services. Likewise, it is prohibited to prevent the normal use or enjoyment of the Platform to others Users.

Stayforlong cannot be considered editorially responsible, and expressly declares that it does not identify with any of the opinions that may be made by the Platform’s Users. Any consequences deriving from said actions are the sole responsibility of the party issuing the statements.

Those who fail to comply with such obligations shall be liable for any loss or damage caused. Stayforlong shall not be liable for any consequence, damage or prejudice that may arise from such access or unlawful use by third parties.

In general, including but not limited to, the User agrees to:

  • To not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorised purposes;
  • To not host, store, disclose, publish, distribute or share any content that may entail illegitimate interference or infringement in any form of the fundamental rights of third parties to their standing, image and personal and family privacy, especially if minors;
  • To not publish in any section of the Platform, or on their profile, or that of another User, any comment or information that is illegal, racist, xenophobic, obscene, pornographic, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent or in any way contrary to ethical standards or public safety;
  • To not alter or modify, either totally or partially, the Platform, eluding, deactivating or manipulating the functions or services of the same;
  • To not infringe the industrial and intellectual property rights or the norms regulating the protection of data with a personal character;
  • To not use the Platform to insult, defame, intimidate, violate one’s image or harass those of other Users;
  • To not access the email accounts of others Users;
  • To not introduce computer viruses, defective files, or any other computer program that may cause damage or alterations in the contents or systems of Stayforlong or third parties;
  • To not send mass and/or spam emails to a plurality of people, nor send the email addresses of third parties without their prior consent;
  • To not to carry out actions advertising goods or services without the prior consent of Stayforlong.
  • To not make false reservations with false or erroneous information, with credit cards stolen or obtained illegally, or for any other purpose different from staying at the hotel.

Any User may report another User whom they consider to not be complying with these Conditions. Likewise, all Users can inform Stayforlong of any abuse or violation of these conditions, using the email Stayforlong shall verify this report as soon as possible, and adopt any measures deemed appropriate, reserving the right to withdraw and/or suspend any User of the Platform for breaching these General Conditions of Use. Likewise, Stayforlong reserves the right to withdraw and/or suspend any message with illegal or offensive content, without the need for prior notice or subsequent notification.

Stayforlong’s responsibility

The descriptions of the hotels and services offered by the Platform are made based on the information and documentation provided by the Stayforlong providers, so Stayforlong is not responsible for any potential inaccuracies in said descriptions.

Stayforlong does not manage or take responsibility for the hotel’s potential overselling or overbookings (See the Service cancellations by the hotel section).

Stayforlong does not manage or take responsibility for the contents issued by the Users through the Platform, being only responsible for the legal adaptation of said contents.

Stayforlong is not liable under any circumstances for service interruptions, connection errors, lack of availability or deficiencies in accessing the Internet, or interruptions of the Internet network or any other reason beyond its control.

Stayforlong is not responsible for any security errors that may occur or any damage potentially caused to the User’s computer system (hardware and software), any files or documents stored in it, as a result of:

  • The presence of a virus in the User’s computer system or mobile terminal, which is used for connecting to the services and contents of the Platform;
  • The browser’s malfunction;
  • The use of non-updated versions of the same.

Stayforlong accepts no responsibility in any international payment fees. This responsibility is held by the client. Any payment fees charged by the banks to the Users during the process of contracting is no responsability of Stayforlong.

Liability for content

Stayforlong has no obligation to control, and does not control how Users employ the Platform. Therefore, it does not guarantee that Users employ the Platform in accordance with the provisions of said Conditions, nor use it in a diligent and/or cautious manner. Stayforlong does not have the obligation to verify and does not verify the identity of Users, nor the veracity, validity, completeness and/or authenticity of the data provided.

Stayforlong excludes any liability for damages of any kind that could be due to the unlawful use of the Platform by the Users or that may be due to the lack of veracity, validity, completeness and/or authenticity of the information that Users provide to other Users regarding themselves. In particular, although not exclusively, also any kind of damages that may be due to impersonation of a third party’s identity by a User in any form of communication made using the Platform.

Without prejudice to the previous, Stayforlong reserves the right to limit access to the Platform to certain Users, either totally or partially, as well as to cancel, suspend, block or eliminate certain types of content, through the use of technological tools suitable for that purpose, if they had effective knowledge that the activity or information stored is illegal, or that it damages the goods or rights of a third party. In this sense, Stayforlong can set the filters required to prevent illicit or harmful contents from being disseminated into the network via this service.

When Users make content available on the Platform, this entails cession to Stayforlong of all the rights of use derived from the contents provided to the Platform.

It is the sole responsibility of Users and guarantee to Stayforlong, that the contents provided are not limited by any intellectual and industrial property rights or image rights, and they confirm holding the legitimate ownership or rights over the intellectual and industrial property rights or image corresponding to the contents made available through the Platform. Therefore, the Users indemnify and absolve Stayforlong from any liability arising from infringement of the intellectual and industrial property rights affecting the contents provided by Users, assuming all the costs of any claim, which in the field of intellectual and/or industrial property may derive from said contents and indemnifying Stayforlong for any damage resulting from said claims.

Contracting process

The User may access the services offered by Stayforlong on the Platform, by entering their data in the corresponding form on the Platform’s contracting server. Subsequently, the User must follow all the steps of the contracting procedure set by the Platform.

Likewise, once complete, the contracting procedure on the Platform shall notify the User, via email, of all the relevant features of the contracted service (hotel name, exact days of the stay, price breakdown…). If the User does not receive a confirmation email within twenty-four hours after completing the purchase, it will be the User’s responsibility to confirm approval of the transaction with Stayforlong.

Price and validity of the offer

The prices of the services indicated in the Platform include the Value Added Tax (VAT), and will be expressed in the Euro currency or in the currency specified at the time.

The applicable prices are those published automatically during the contracting process in the last phase of the same. In any case, the User assumes that the economic valuation of the service may vary in real time, and it will always be communicated to the User prior to completion of the contracting process.

The prices of the platform are only valid for the market indicated on the platform. To clarify: If the user is browsing the Spanish platform, the prices are only valid for the Spanish market. Namely, for people with Spanish nationality. Stayforlong reserves the right to not accept reservations made from the platform of a market other than the one for the client’s nationality.

Force majeure

We endeavour to ensure that all pricing and other information on the website is accurate. However, it is possible that despite our efforts there may be times when obvious errors occur such as the price or some other detail displayed being incorrect. We and each Service Provider reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time prior to confirmation. If the price is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail for your instructions before we confirm your booking.If we confirm and process your booking where a pricing or other error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mistake, we may terminate the contract and refund you any monies you have paid us.

Stayforlong will not accept any responsibility nor will it be obliged to pay compensation of any kind, in the cases in which the execution or prompt execution of its contractual obligations is affected or prevented by causes of “Force Majeure” during the continuation of said events and by the time reasonably necessary after the end.

In the case the user performs a chargeback for a force majeure, Stayforlong holds the right dispute any unlawful chargebacks. Should stayforlong be succesful in the dispute of a chargeback , the User will no longer have rights to a refund. The user will be assigned credit to their account of the full cost of the their booking and this credit shall be used within 8 months of application.

Service charges

Prices may not include lodging service fees. These rates could be displayed when booking, possibly in the hotel’s conditions or notes section. They are not included in the price of the reservation, and must be paid directly to the hotel. While Stayforlong will endeavour to inform the user of all service fees that may be incurred for the reservation, Stayforlong is not responsible for the accommodation facility applying a service fee, and will not be responsible for payment of the same.

Local and tourist taxes

Prices do not include local or tourist taxes. These rates will be notified when contracting. However, they will not be included in the price or the reservation price. They must be paid directly at the hotel. While Stayforlong will endeavour to inform the user of all service fees that may be incurred in the reservation, Stayforlong is not responsible for the accommodation facility applying a service fee, and will not be responsible for payment of the same.

All payments made to Stayforlong will entail issuing an invoice on behalf of the User , according to the information provided during the contracting process. This will be sent by email to User only if the User requests it in writing directly to Stayforlong using the email:

Failure in the contracting service:

In the event that the reservation booking service fails due to a connection failure or a failure to respond by any of the Stayforlong providers, Stayforlong will not generate a reservation directly, and a reservation number marked “Pending ” shall be displayed. In the case the user has made a payment , the user will be offered a credit refund or cash refund via the same payment method.

Stayforlong does not commit to guaranteeing the same prices, conditions and availability indicated during the booking process in case of failure in the booking process.

Stayforlong will endeavour all available means to offer the same price, conditions and availability displayed during the booking process, or to offer a similar accommodation in terms of price and features. If contracting the same accommodation with the same conditions, price and availability is not possible, Stayforlong will not be responsible in any case for guaranteeing the service, or indemnifying the user for said failure in the service.

In the event that there has been an error in the payment of the reservation or service contracted by debit or credit card of the User, Stayforlong only, in order to solve this error and not another commercial reason, you can contact the user, in your contact phone or email in order and effect to process the payment correctly.

This communication may only be for transactional reasons through any of the following means of communication: Telephone, contact email, mobile communication applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, etc. Stayforlong will inform in this communication that the purpose of the contact is simply transactional and related to the failed payment of the service in question.

Forms of payment and cancellations

Payment made by the User to Stayforlong, shall be according to the rates detailed on the Platform and using one of the following payment forms depending on the service features at each moment:

  1. I. Non-refundable rates: The entire price shall be paid in advance at the time of contracting. Once the payment has been made, this mode does not allow the possibility of cancellation or refund of any amount.
  2. II. Free cancellation fees: The entire price of the service shall be paid a few days before the hotel’s reservation date indicated in the conditions of the reservation. The User can cancel the service for free through the platform during the free cancellation period indicated in the conditions of the reservation. The cancellation shall not incur any cost when carried out through the platform. Immediately or after the free cancellation date, the User shall lose the entire reservation amount.
  3. III. Payment rates at the hotel: Payment shall be made directly at the hotel with which the service has been contracted. This may be an advance payment at the time of booking, or a payment made during the check-in and check-out dates.
  4. IV. SFL Rates: A part of the price of the service is paid at the time of the reservation and the rest will be paid in accordance with the terms established in the particular conditions of the reservation. The User may cancel the service by losing only the part of the price already paid at the time of booking through the platform during the cancellation period indicated in the conditions of the reservation. After the cancellation date indicated in the conditions of the reservation, in case of cancellation, the user will lose the entire amount of the reservation.

In some occasions, User will have the possibility to choose between one or more of the previous modalities depending on the characteristics of the service at each moment.

In case of a ´No show´ the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation. Any refunds is at the descretion of the hotel. Stayforlong will not be held liable should the property refuse any reimbursement with or without notice of a ´No show´.

The only payment form accepted when contracting on the Platform, is with VISA, MasterCard, American Express credit card or by bank transfer if accepted by Stayforlong.

In the case the user purchase a Non- refundable booking with a refund protect cover. Stayforlong is not liable for any refund. The User must contact the third party company to process a claim. Stayforlong will not be held responsible should your claim be denied

Verification of payment details

Stayforlong reserves the right to verify the user’s payment data by making a charge of between €1 and €100 at the time of contracting for all types of reservations and rates, including the payment rates at the hotel or subsequent payment. Said charge shall be returned by Stayforlong in a period between 1 and 15 days.


In the case the user performs a chargeback, Stayforlong holds the right dispute any unlawful chargebacks. Should stayforlong be succesful in the dispute of a chargeback , the User will no longer have rights to a refund.


If you haven’t travelled, and have a pre-travel query or complaint, please contact our friendly customer services team on the details provided on your voucher. 

If you have travelled and have a post-travel complaint, please provide full details of your complaint with supporting evidence within 21 calendar days from the date of checkout. Stayforlong and its partners hold the right to reject a complaint received after 21 calendar days from the date of checkout,  not limiting to complaints made without justification.

Cancellation of the service by the client

In case of service cancellation by the client during the free cancellation period, Stayforlong will proceed to cancel the service for free provided that the cancellation is made from the client’s platform.

In case of cancellation through any other channel that is not the platform itself (phone, email, chat, social networks or any other communication channel), the customer shall pay a sum of €30 for administering the cancellation. Said amount shall be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

In case of cancellation of the service outside the free cancellation period, the user must pay the total amount of the reservation, which is not refundable. If the user wishes to cancel the reservation as well, Stayforlong may refund a part of the reservation amount if the conditions of the reservation so determine, with a penalty of 10% of the total reservation value.

Service cancellations by the hotel

If for any reason the hotel cannot provide the User with service contracted through Stayforlong, the hotel will be solely responsible for offering the User a substitute service of equal or greater quality. Alternatively, the User may opt for a refund of the total amounts paid using Stayforlong.

Stayforlong will not be held liable should the hotel cancel the users booking for any of the following reasons but not limited to; Fraud, Guest misconducting, hidden group bookings, Failure to dicslose information required to verify your booking such as place of residency, nationality and/or flight infromation.

Cancellation of the service by Stayforlong:

Stayforlong reserves the right to cancel any reservation if the user does not provide the information requested by Stayforlong, if the user does not answer Stayforlong’s communications about said data, or if the user has provided false or erroneous information. The details that Stayforlong can claim from the user, is information concerning their identity, nationality, payment or contact information.

Stayforlong uses different means to detect fraud with credit cards and reserves the right to cancel or not make any reservation that is suspected of credit card fraud, unilaterally and without informing the user. Stayforlong will do its best to contact the user in case of suspected fraud, but if communication is not possible, it reserves the right to cancel the reservation and not offer the service.

False or fraudulent reservations:

Stayforlong reserves the right to apply a management fee of between € 30 and €300 per reservation in cases where the reservations has been made fraudulently, with intentions other than its use, either for the purpose of finding out who the Stayforlong provider is, or any other purpose different to staying at the hotel.


All returns valid as under the terms, shall always be executed through Stayforlong. In some cases, the User can receive the hotel’s refund of the charge directly on the credit card used.

Name changes

The User contracting the service may make a single free name change for the services allowing this feature. This must be carried out least eight (8) days prior to the hotel’s scheduled day of arrival.

In the event that the contracted hotel applies a cost for name changes in reservations, the User responsible for the name change must make the payment before Stayforlong can authorise the name change.

Terms for bonus discounts

Stayforlong features promotions via discount vouchers to be used by Users registered on the Platform as well as new Users registered on the Platform, by applying credits to the User’s account.

The bonus discounts shall be subject to the following conditions:

i.- No more than one discount voucher may be used at the same time, whether a Stayforlong bonus or vouchers from third party promotions. The discount vouchers cannot be considered cumulative.

ii.- The credits cannot be transferred between the accounts of Users registered on the Platform.

iii.-The User will have a maximum of eight (8) months to use the credits, provided that a specific voucher does not stipulate different conditions.

iv.- The credits are only be applicable to the prices which are allowed by the Platform .

v.- The credits shall be applied automatically by the Platform to the prices that accept promotions.

vi.-The vouchers are not valid when they are issued by the affiliation campaigns of third parties such as cashback services.

In any case, Stayforlong reserves the right to modify or cancel the validity of a bonus voucher at any time.

Right of withdrawal

The User understands and accepts, that once the services offered by Stayforlong through the Platform are contracted, the execution of the service has begun. These services are in accordance with article 103 a) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, 16th November, which approves the revised General Law legislation for the Rights of Consumers and Users, and the User shall forfeit any possibility of exercising their right of withdrawal. However, the User must take note of the different payment methods to ascertain the options for cancelling the contracted services. (See Forms of payment and cancellations section)

Update and Modification of the Platform

Stayforlong may modify these Conditions at any time. New conditions automatically take effect at the time of publication.

Likewise, Stayforlong reserves the right to carry out, at any time and without prior notice, updates, modifications or deletion of information contained on its Platform, in the configuration and presentation of the same and any access conditions, without being responsible for these said changes.

Intellectual property

Stayforlong is the owner, or in some cases holds a third-party license for the intellectual and industrial property rights covering the texts, photographs, graphic design, navigation structure, wording, look and feel and of all the Platform’s functionalities. As a consequence, Stayforlong holds the exclusive rights of use of the same in any form. In particular, reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation rights, in accordance with the Spanish legislation governing intellectual and industrial property rights.

The User’s authorisation to access the Platform does not imply resignation, transmission, licensing or total or partial cession of the intellectual or industrial property rights held by Stayforlong.

It is not permitted to suppress, evade or manipulate in any way the contents of the Stayforlong Platform. It is also prohibited to modify, copy, reuse, exploit, reproduce, publicly communicate, make secondary or subsequent publications, upload files, send by mail, transmit, use, treat or distribute in any way all or part of the contents included in the Stayforlong platform for public or commercial purposes, without the express written authorisation of Stayforlong or where appropriate, the rights holder to which it corresponds.

The User that proceeds to share any type of content through the Platform, grants Stayforlong a non-exclusive, free and worldwide license limited to reproduction and publicly communication of said content through the provision of the Platform’s services while the User is part of it.

Data protection

For the purposes of the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December, for Protection of Personal Data, the personal data of users registered on the Platform are protected under the Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data 15/1999 (LOPD) and other related Data Protection regulations. In compliance, the personal data processed on the Platform shall be in a private file held before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, in order to answer queries, manage our services or send information regarding our services and promotions, provided that the User has approved said use.

The entity responsible for the files is Stayforlong, SL with headquarters in Muntaner 112 1º 1ª 08036 Barcelona. At this same address, or by sending an email to, Users may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of the data, by sending a written and signed request including their name, surname, photocopy of the DNI (ID number), and the address with the action requested, in order to be sent confirmation of the action according to the request made.

In any case, Stayforlong guarantees the safeguarding of the confidentiality and security of Personal Data, having adopted the legally required security measures, which reasonably allow ensuring the protection of personal data and avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, treatment or unauthorized access thereof.


If any of the clauses in the present Conditions are null and void or voidable, they will be considered as not set. Said declaration of nullity will not invalidate the rest of the Contract, which maintain its validity and effectiveness between the Parties.

If any provision included in these terms and conditions is declared fully or partially null or void, this shall only affect said provision or the part thereof deemed null or void. All other terms and conditions remain in force, with only said provision or part thereof being affected.


The original Spanish version of these terms and conditions has been translated into other languages. The translated version is a courtesy and not official. Therefore you can not extract translation rights. In case of dispute over the content or interpretation of the terms and conditions, as well as in case of conflicts, contradictions or discrepancies between the Spanish version and the other language versions, the Spanish version of these terms prevails and is conclusive, insofar as permitted by law. You can check the Spanish version on our website (by selecting the language) or ask us in writing to send it to you.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid or non-binding, you will still be bound by the other outlined provisions. If this occurs, the invalid provision must be fulfilled to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and as far as possible, an effect similar to that of the invalid or non-binding provisions shall be accepted, according to the content and purpose of these terms and conditions.

Applicable legislation, dispute resolution and competent jurisdiction

The parties expressly agree that this contract will be governed and interpreted, in all its terms and conditions, in accordance with current Spanish legislation.

The parties expressly submit, for any questions or differences that may arise due to the interpretation, fulfillment and execution of this contract, to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the User’s domicile.

Likewise, by virtue of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 applicable throughout the European Union, StayforLong makes the following link available to users of the Platform:

Through this link, the users of the Platform who will be able to access the European Platform for Online Conflict Resolution (ODR). In the event that the user has had a problem with a purchase or the provision of an online service, they may use this means to file any claim in relation to said purchase or provision of services, as well as opt for the out-of-court solution of the conflict raised.

To file complaints in the use of our services, you can go by mail to the electronic or physical address indicated in the “Identification” section, committing ourselves to seek at all times an amicable solution to the conflict.


Stayforlong offers the intermediation service for reserving hotels and other accommodations. Therefore, it is not responsible under any circumstances for the service offered in said establishments. Stayforlong acts as a mere intermediary for contracting the service and does not assume the risk nor the liability for any of the services offered. In any case, Stayforlong shall not be responsible for any failures in the service of the accommodation, erroneous information regarding their own accommodation, damages caused by their own accommodation, or any event occurring to the accommodation reserved through Stayforlong.

Booking activities on GetYourGuide – Stayforlong

The reservation of activities is made under the acceptance of the general conditions of GetYourGuide:


  • “GetYourGuide”: GetYourGuide is a Stayforlong partner and provides a service through which Stayforlong customers can view and book various travel services including tours, attractions, and other touristic activities.
  • “Stayforlong customer”: Users that have a reservation with Stayforlong or have interacted with the Stayforlong web page and are subscribed to Marketing Communications.
  • “Supplier”: Means a supplier who makes Activities available for bookings through the GetYourGuide service.
  • “GetYourGuide – Stayforlong web page”: It is the landing page where users will be redirected from Stayforlong communications and where they can book the GetYourGuide activities. The link will change depending on the users market but you can access here:


Customer service: All customer service related issues and questions in respect of the Service will be handled by GetYourGuide through their Help Center ( or by the GetYourGuide communication channels: email, phone number and WhatsApp number information within the Help Center.

If a booking is made by a Stayforlong customer or in the name and on behalf of a Stayforlong customer by a Travel Agency, GetYourGuide and the Supplier shall be solely responsible for the transmission of the relevant booking details to the Stayforlong Customer. Only GetYourGuide and/or the Supplier shall (i) send the subsequent (email) confirmation to the Stayforlong Customer, and (ii) handle the relationship with the Stayforlong Customer through completion of the Activity.

Relationship with Suppliers: Stayforlong does not have any contact with the GetYourGuide Suppliers. The communication is extrictly between GetYourGuide and the Suppliers and the Stayforlong Customers with the GetYourGuide Customer Service team.

Payment: GetYourGuide is the Merchant of Record. All transactions will be made on the GetYourGuide – Stayforlong website and will be carried out exclusively through GetYourGuide’s payment providers. For any problems or doubts about the payment, the Stayforlong Customer should contact the GetYourGuide customer service team via their Help Center.
